Appearance
Edit
He wears a large slouch hat and trench coat and carries a large sword strapped to his back. He was seen with a cigar in his mouth prior to his murder.
Personality
Edit
He was a loyal and respected officer who fought for Justice and was once a famous Bishokuya, showing that he was a fearless man of great skill and confidence.
History
Edit
Past
Edit
He was a former Bishokuya with a wealth of achievements and many found it hard to believe that someone of his caliber could be killed.
Puffer Whale Arc
Edit
He was first seen as a passenger on the train to Gourmet Fortune. Later on, he tries to arrest Starjun's GT Robo at the entrance of Labyrinthine Cave after he poached countless Puffer Whales and murdered many animals and bishokuyas, but despite his famed reputation he ends up getting killed by Starjun fierce power. His death was soon reported to the IGO directors who found his death to be quite shocking.
Powers and Abilities
Edit
Not much is known about Toll's strength, but he was once a pro Bishokuya of famed status and reputation and it came as a great shock when the IGO directors found out about his death. Because of this it can be said that he was quite powerful but his strength was no match for the monstrously strong Starjun and his (at the time) latest model GT Robo. Toll was also seen with a sword, implying that he was a swordsman although his full skill with it is unknown.
Anime and Manga Differences
Edit
For reasons unknown, Toll and his scene were excluded from the anime and was instead replaced by Tina who would encounter Starjun but rather than it being a lethal encounter, all she lost was her camera and laptop. No mention of Toll is made, not even by the IGO's Board of Committee.
