The Taste Salt (おい塩 Oi shio) is a very common type of salt used by Komatsu in the preparation of the Medicinal Mochi. A hundred grams of this seasoning along with 1 liter of Delicineral Water are needed for the mix that makes the Color Fixing in the Medicinal Mochi. It makes the mochi stop its change of color, and divides its rices.
