Added by The Forgotten BeastGourmet Tax is a government fund used to pay all of the IGO's numerous gourmet operations, ensuring a staple circulation of gourmet ingredients. All member nations of the IGO pay this tax, although its rate is rather high and certain civilians may find payment troublesome, however despite some criticism, the IGO also distributes gourmet ingredients to non-member nations that are too poor to pay the Gourmet Tax, but this does not cease the criticism from the member nations who believe the IGO are delivering too much food to these poor nations, so to go around this the IGO decided to deliver the food once a year on Christmas Eve night, taking advantage of the festive holiday and delivering it in the middle of the night.
