Moai Potatoes (モアイモ Moaimo) are a species of potato shaped like a humanoid face. When baked they become extremely fragrant which increases the eating experience so it's best to eat them fresh. They are available for sale in food stands in the Gourmet Temple.
Description: When baked, a crisp and dark burnt brown, with a tint of yellow, but that is only assuming that the potato has been cooked well. The Moai Potato itself is, as most potatoes, a oval shape. With a long nose like shape and a grim expression, it does not seem to posses any intelligence. The insides can be seen to be a bright yellow color, reminenscent of a sweet potato or yam. Looking more closely, the inside seemes to also posses a similair texture, most likely a soft yam like consistency.
