A Matsutakeccoli (松茸ッコリー Matsutake kkorī) is a rare breed of mushroom resembling broccoli that can be eaten raw and by itself. The florets or "heads" are actually tiny matsutake mushrooms. They appear to be quite delicious and crunchy.
