Bearbees (クマンビー, Kumanbī) are a species of bees with bodies that resemble a bear's head and a head which resembles a bear's nose, hence their name. Their bodies contain an abundant amount of spices and seasonings which they have collected and formed into a type of honey which can be used in the preparation of ingredients and is considered a "syrup of the earth". They are native to all the regions of the Gattsuki Continent and appear to live or are born from beneath the ground. They appear as very common and harmless enemies in Toriko: Gourmet Survival 2.
Types of Honey[]
Bearbees collect four types of seasonings and spices which they turn into honey and depending on the spice that they collect their bodies change into a different color.
Below is a list of the honeys they produce:
- Curry Honey (ハ二ーカレー, Hanii Karē): This honey is made from spicy curry powder and Bearbees that make it have a yellow body.
- Salt Honey (ハ二ーソルト, Hanii Soruto): This honey is made from salt and Bearbees that make it have a blue body.
- Pepper Honey (ハ二ーペッパー, Hanii Peppā): This honey is made from pepper and Bearbees that make it have a black body.
- Herb Honey (ハ二ーハーブ, Hanii Hābu): This honey is made from herbal seasonings and Bearbees that make it have a green body.
